Adolfo Domínguez, frame of reference in the fashion wear companies, automatize its order picking system

Adolfo Domínguez, S.A, point of reference for Spanish fashion scene since 30 years ago, with more than 300 branches worldwide and a staff over 1000 people, has granted GD Convey – Sandvik Sorting Systems the engineering and installation of a folded garment order preparation composed by a cross-belt sorting system for 6.300 items per hour as well as its conveying, wrapping and sorting by paths for complete orders packaging.

This order preparation is composed of three simultaneous input places and 86 outputs, capable to manage orders for 110 customers thanks to output dynamic allocation, specific software for the installation. Garments are sorted directly in their own expedition boxes.
