Preventive Maintenance
GD Convey carries out preventive maintenance if it is requested by the customer, as periodical revisions are established to guarantee the perfect condition of the installation. In addition, training is given on the maintenance team during the installation time on site, as a result it is prepared to make any small interventions in case of emergency.
Corrective Maintenance
GD Convey offers different types of assistance according to the customers requirements.
Telephone assistance service and HOT-LINE for urgent assistance are available, as connection via modem with the installation and, if necessary, skilled personnel visit the plant, guaranteeing continuous service 365 days a year.
GD Convey also proposes a full time technical assistance team to those customers or installations in need of it, for as long as required. |
Programming Upgrades
GD Convey offers successive upgrades and improved new versions for the installed software: ConveyWMS, ConveyMFC, ConveyPal, ConveyMosaic and ConveyPrint. This new initiative will enable the customer to re-optimize the installation with a minimum investment, carried out by a simple telephone connection.
Spare Parts Logistic
Likewise, GD Convey will supply a recommended spare parts list for each proyect, including spare parts for integrated elements not manufactured by GD Convey, at very competitive prices.
