Belt conveyor

Belt conveyor are suited for use with a wide range of loads, as well as allowing high throughputs with frequent starts and stops. Belt conveyors are suited for a careful transportation both horizontal and inclined transportation of loads.

Modular belt conveyor

Modular belt conveyors are suited for products of special shape, as the transport surface is made of thermoplastic articulated material. Modular belts allow a smooth transportation of the load. They are suited for horizontal transportation with change in direction and inclination of loads. See photo

Zero pressure roller conveyor

Zero pressure roller conveyors are suited for use with wide range of loads, as well as allowing high throughputs with accumulation without pressure between loads. They allow simultaneous conveying and accumulation of approximately 10 load units, by means of pneumatic modules in serial activation.

Roller drive conveyor

Conveyors driven by rollerdrives are suited for use with heterogeneous loads, as well as allowing high throughputs and frequent starts and stops. The replacement of the regular gear motor by a driven roller, creates independent accumulation spaces. The performance and low maintenance of this type of conveyors make them an excellent choice to the regular driving systems.

30º and 45º belt conveyor

30º and 45º belt conveyors are suited for feeding loads onto transport collectors at high throughput. These are suited for variable loads, with frequent starts and stops. See photo

Vertical belt conveyor

Vertical belt conveyors are installed when a driven side guidance is needed to make load transport easier, preventing hard friction. It is suitable for loads of various sizes and weights, allowing high throughputs. They are usually combined with skew rollers and merging belts. See photo

Skew roller conveyor

Skew roller conveyors move the load to a targeted location or centre it in a transport line. Appropriate for loads varied in size and weight. See photo

Belt driven lift

The belt driven lift convey vertically different types of loads in a safe and careful way for the product. Belt driven lift reaches speeds up to 120 m/min. Compared to other types of elevators it has the advantage to transport loads with minimum noise, thanks to driving belts. See photo

Controlled gravity accumulation conveyor

Controlled gravity conveyors avoid impacts among products in gravity accumulation. Braking systems installed in the lower part of the conveyor, are activated following the programmed sequence. They brake a roller zone while the load slides on it, reducing the speed of the load and the downstream impact. Suitable for fragile products in sorting applications.

Belt merger

Flow mergers installed by GD Convey are suitable for merging a group of conveying lines. They are integrated when requested in logistics and distribution centers, previous to a sorting system. The merger, made by belt conveyors, introduces products dynamically into the main colector. See photo

Driven roller conveyor

Chain driven roller conveyors are suited for both light and medium duty. They are used either to transport or to accumulate loads with pressure. See photo

Roller curve

Roller curves driven by circular belt are suited for light loads transport in changes of direction of 30º, 45º, 90º or 180º.See photo

Elevators

Coutinuous elevatores or point-to-point elevatos. Vertical lifting equipment able to convey vertically loads in a safe and careful way for the product, up to 3,000 units per hour. Elevator provide space saving over more conventional inclined conveyors and can be configured for 'S' or 'C' shape. See photo

Holding stop

The holding stops are integrated in accumulation lines made up by driven roller conveyors or parallel chains conveyors, in order to accumulate loads with contact without damaging the products.
