Confecciones Mayoral, children sport wear, automatize its order picking system for stores

Confecciones Mayoral, dedicated to children sport wear, has granted GD Convey – Sandvik Sorting Systems the engineering and installation of a folded garment order preparation composed by a cross-belt sorting system for 11.500 garments / hour. It incorporates the conveying for flat and handling garments delivery boxes, strapping and final sortation.

This order preparation is composed of two automatic input for 5.950 garments per hour each one infeed by three simultaneous input places per garment. It has 200 outputs, capable to manage orders for more than 300 customers thanks to output dynamic allocation and to can open more than one set simultaneous, specific software for the installation.
