Turn table

Turntable systems are used to rotate loads on a conveying line, joining lines in a concrete angle, commonly 90º. This equipment is suitable for all kinds of pallets. They contribute with safety and total accuracy in product location.See photo

Automatic load control

This system is applied to control pallets or pallets stacks integrity, regarding dimensions, blocks and hollows. The pallet is conveyed along a roller conveyor while the control system, made up by photocells and sensors, checks that the pallet fulfils the parameters required. In case the load doesn't match the conditions requested, the system sends the defective load to a rejection or repair line in order to be mended or rejected. The installation of automatic dimensions and status load control is regular in automatic warehouses or in connexions with LGV's.

Chain conveyor

Belts driven lift

The belts driven pallets lift is an equipment for heavy loads, which permits several stopping positions at different levels. Its modular design permits lifting speeds of 80 m/min. with load up to 1500 Kg. in a safe and careful way. See photo

Shuttle car

Several conditions and design parameters make the shuttle car an excellent choice when long distance, inconstant flow or multiple picking positions are present. Shuttle cars are customized for every application; simple or double load conveying, with roller conveyors, chain conveyor or telescopic forks, accessories as loads anti-overturning devices, lifting tables or turning systems, reaching a conveying speed up to 100 m/min. Transfer system

Pallets stacker

Pallet stacker is used to store pallets stacks vertically and dispatch them one by one to the system. Usually integrated in palletising cells or automatic pallets changing areas.
