Manual Picking

In manual picking GD Convey takes care of the operator’s ergonomics at the work station, in addition to contribute resources that optimize the order completation. Products are moved towards the picking station and so the case, tray or finished pallet transportation is made.

The order picking process depends on the philosophy chosen, even “product to man” establishing order picking stations, or “man to product” were is the operator who moves to the article to prepare the order.
This type of process is adequate for articles of low density as well as when the number of orders is not so high.
