The principles that GD Convey consider most important in the development of its activity is to give the Customer a Customized Service and High Quality in products and services. Customer service has over 120 skilled people, experienced in systems in order to contribute with solutions and attain customer’s aims with a productivity improvement of its distribution or production centre. High quality in integrated equipment and products, including trademark of known reliability, safeguarding design and planning each project phase.

Assuming a high commitment with Quality as well as Environment, GD Convey puts into practise the following principles which rules management of our activity.

• Customer expectation satisfaction, including the concerned parts in the company results, staff, technological partners, collaborators and shareholders, regarding our activities achievement. Our efforts are focused to the achievement of a long-term relationship and competitively improvement.

• Maintenance of a fluent communication, both internally between the several company politicians and with customers, Administration and other concerned parts, in every Management System element.

•  Pollution prevention by means of negative impact minimization over the environment caused by our services, maintaining these aspects in reasonable values for the Quality assurance of the rendered services and for the natural environment protection.

• Commitment to protect workers health and safety and every person affecter by our activity, developing and implementing a Prevention Management System in every company hierarchical level, establishing responsibilities and adopting every measure and procedure needed to remove and control risks in the development of our tasks in order to assure fulfilment of every legislation and regulations in force.

• Fulfilment of every applicable legal requirement, acquired commitments with customers and every regulation, inner normative or performance guidelines to which our company is subdue.
