GD Convey offers the installation support throughout its entire operating lifetime. After commissioning, our staff will give the necessary training courses to the customer's personnel. These are aimed at reinforcing the knowledge about the installation areas, either for users, plant managers, or maintenance personnel. Our after sales service department will supply the required spare parts to maintain the system in optimum mechanical, electrical and hardware conditions.

 

With respect to Technical Assistance, we offer different types according to the customer's request. GD Convey carries out preventive maintenance where periodical revisions are established in order to guarantee the perfect condition of the installation. On the other hand, corrective maintenance , assistance by phone, assistance via modem, and HOT LINE service , can guarantee continuous operation 365 days a year. Furthermore, GD Convey offers a full time technical assistance team to those customers or installations in need of it, for as long as it is required.
