ConveyWMS

ConveyWMS (Warehouse Management Sytem), is intended for warehouses and distribution centres and is connected with the ERP system to send and receive data, orders and products.

ConveyMFC
ConveyMFC is the Material Flow Control system in charge of products physical flow and traceability control over the installation.

The MFC is in continuous interface with the WMS, which carries out input and output motion requests towards warehouse or any installation area.

ConveyPal
ConveyPal is a complete package for automatic palletising cells management software. Its modular architecture permits to be installed in any type of project, regardless of its complexity. It fits simple palletising cells as well as complex projects, integrated by several palletising stations where multireference loads are handled.

ConveyPal is running and operating in installations with several robots and PLC's. In the Off-Line version, it is possible to process data in order to obtain productivity stadistics, incidences and reset time.
Taking boxes and pallet characteristics as reference, the module ConveyMosaic improves and designs the palletising mosaics, defining boxes position and orientation, units per layer, number of layers per pallet, etc.

ConveyPick
ConveyPick (Order picking fulfilment system) is the software which manages the order fulfilment logic, based on prepared batches by the client's Host System. It controls the pre-sorting and product picking, order and customer tracking, outlets and picking stations, product traceability, finished order label design as well as complete order information sending to the Host.

In Pick or Put to Light systems, most widespread modality, the ConveyPick communicates with light displays, helping the operator in the picking process..

ConveyPrint
ConveyPrint is a module developed as a labeller control software in production lines or other types of installations.

Due to the requirements of the current market, from its original functions, GD Convey has implemented ConveyPrint with the most complete production batch management.
Main tasks:
Management of different labeller models.
Multi-language management.
Connection with ConveyPal and automatic mosaic change when a batch is changed.
Product traceability.
